A Proposal: CARICOM Development Goals ?

Similar to the UN's SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS, (and, prior to that, its MILLENIUM DEVELOPENT GOALS …), I believe that it is time the Caribbean Community come up with its own set of desirables, noting the particular need of our region, I propose the following: 1.Annual Productivity Increases 2.Decent (?) Work for the Willing 3.Mature Political Discourse and Debate 4.Protection of Women from Sexual Abuse 5.Protection of Children from all types of Abuse 6. Provision of Intra-regional Air Transportation at 'reasonable' cost (to enable (A) a 'ONE CARIBBEAN' regional pride, and (B) Growth in Tourism)
