Wacky Rollers (WRAVE LTD.) has copped the awards for both "High Volume Tour of the Season" and "Low Volume Tour of the Season" for the port of Dominica for the 2011/2012 cruise season. This is the first time that the same company will receive both high and low volume awards in the same season.

In a presentation ceremony held on board the M/V Emerald Princess on Tuesday 19th February, 2013, Princess Cruises recognized high performing tour operators in Dominica for the last cruise season. These awards are presented annually and are based on passenger feedback over the season under review. The tours selected are said to provide the cruise passengers with a 'positive and memorable experience while improving the overall ratings of the destination'.

In 2006 Wacky Rollers introduced the concept of a 'wellness adventure' tour to the cruise lines. Since then, this tour has been successful in 'consistently receiving high ratings and positive passenger comments", and has been awarded "Low Volume Tour of the Season" for its 4th consecutive season. The company's flagship tour 'Wacky Rollers 4WD Safari' has been awarded the 'High Volume Tour of the Season'.

Wacky Rollers recognizes the valuable contributions of all its tour guides, drivers, service providers and the Invest Dominica Authority in making this double award possible. Wacky Rollers Managing Director, Phillip Rolle expresses both pride and deep gratitude at this achievement and says that the double awards are 'particularly significant for us this year as we are still in the process of recovery after the collapse of the Matthieu Dam in July 2011 which almost wiped out the company's ability to offers tours that very season'.
