Evander Joseph (April 15, 1934, to May 24, 2021), former Deputy Commissioner of Police and president of the Dominica Council on Ageing
Father Jean-Jacques Jacky Merlian C.Ss.R., 39, of Haiti died suddenly on July 19, 2021
James Alexander,73, politician and former principal of the Pierre Charles secondary school in Grand Bay died 14 August 2021
Joseph Thomas,66, sports commentator died 5 November 2021
Kathlyn St. Hilaire,42, died August 17 2021 of Covid-19, reportedly Dominica's first death due to the virus
