Ten for Next Supermodel Show

Ten models have been selected to participate in the second annual Dominica's Next Supermodel Inc. (DNSM INC.) Fashion Extravaganza on May 2nd 2014.

They are: Sherra Soanes, Kazia Scotland, Frances Lockhart, Patrice Dorsette, Alaina Charles, Alisa Labassiere, Tatianna Green, Mervlyn Defoe, Michelle Lewis, and Vashti Browne.

A release from DNSM stated that the organisation hosted its first Fashion Extravaganza on May 10th 2013 at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium.

Ms. Lynah Bontiff the first winner of DNSM went on to participate in regional shows and is now a Competitor in the Caribbean Next Top Model 2014 in Trinidad.

This year's winner will receive an all-expense paid trip to New York City in June where she will receive a professional Model Portfolio with the Goal to be discovered by Top Agencies. We intend to boast the Fashion Industry here in Dominica so that we can give more local talent the opportunity to be discovered.

"We are a non-profit organization with an ambitious goal: to change the face of fashion and modelling by campaigning in Dominica events and promoting local models. DNSM was founded by Ruth Rea Augustine, who is currently the CEO for the company and also founder of Model Management and agency geared at moulding and creating top models locally. We cover all areas in the Fashion Industry; live product promotions, photography, business/ branding opportunities, and showcasing new, edgy fashion trends on the catwalk," the DNSM Inc stated.

"D.N.S.M INC. main focus is to inspire new, emerging and established talents in the fields of fashion/ modelling, fashion design, fashion consultation, fashion business management and mentorship. Our aim is to build our aspiring models talents, self-esteem, confidence and character which influence every aspect of their lives".
