Twenty one Graduate from LEAD
With the advice of letting one's attitude determine their altitude, 21 students of the Lead Institute graduated last week Friday.
"I urge you to aim high, pursue your dreams. Don't give up and always be the best person that you can ultimately be," said feature speaker at the graduation, Attorney-at-Law Cara Shillingford. "There are many people who started off with very little and made it through to the pinnacle of success through hard work and education. You can succeed and achieve your goals regardless of your past, regardless of your background, colour, creed, gender or any other irrelevant factor. What is important is your attitude because remember attitude determines altitude".
The Lead Institute offers CAPE (Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination) Associate Degrees "which are accredited with Universities all over the world", Lead says on its Facebook page. "Lead Institute is a privately owned school catering for the educational and career development needs of both traditional and non-traditional students in Dominica".
